At 10 years old, Chory is proof that age is just a number. This sweet senior girl is looking for a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by comfort, companionship, and plenty of affection.
Chory came to the shelter as an owner surrender when her family was moving and could no longer keep her. While this transition has been a big change for her, Chory has remained friendly and social as she waits for her next chapter to begin.
She recently participated in a dog introduction with another female dog and did very well. Chory was friendly throughout the interaction, showing that she may enjoy having a canine companion in her future home.
Senior dogs like Chory often make wonderful pets. They tend to be more settled, appreciative, and eager to spend quality time with their people. Chory is hoping to find a family that will give her the love and stability she deserves after losing the home she once knew. Old, but wise and young at heart!
