Ringo came to WCAS due to an incident in their home that required WCAS to step in and care for Ringo. Ringo never reclaimed by his owner and is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Ringo and other pets ready to find new homes.
