Meet Echo!
Echo came to us as a surrender due to their owners citing that they could no longer afford to keep Echo. Upon his arrival at WCAS, staff worked with Echo and shared that although he was a little nervous, he did not show any adverse signs to being evaluated.
Echo is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He/she can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Echo and other pets ready to find new homes.
