Meet Smalls!
Smalls came to us as a surrender due to their owners citing that they could no longer afford to care for Smalls. Upon arrival at WCAS our staff worked with Smalls and shared that he was very accepting of handling and touch and showed no adverse reactions while being handled during his medical examination with our veterinarian.
Smalls is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Smalls and other pets ready to find new homes.
