Meet Toby!
Toby initially came to us as a stray in mid-September, but was never reclaimed by an owner. He was quickly adopted, but after only a few days in his new home & due to no fault of his own, Toby was returned to WCAS.
Toby is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Toby and other pets ready to find new homes.
