Meet Negan!
Negan is no stranger to WCAS. In June of 2018, he came to our facility as a stray and was never reclaimed by an owner. After a couple of weeks in our care, he was adopted. However, 10 months later, he found himself back at WCAS, again as a stray, but his adopters never showed up to reclaim him. A week or so later, Negan was adopted. Fast-forward 6 years later and Negan, once again, found himself in our care after his adopter returned him to our facility due to a change in their housing situation.
Negan is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Negan and other pets ready to find new homes.
