Meet Rex!
Rex initially came to us as a stray in May of 2020 and was never reclaimed by an owner. Rex was quickly adopted; however, almost 5 years after leaving WCAS, Rex found himself back at our facility as a returned adoption due to his adopter citing that they did not have enough time to dedicate to caring for Rex. Rex's adopter shared that Rex knows the following commands; sit, stay, come and paw, and that he does well around strangers and children; however, he doesn't do so well around cats.
Rex is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Rex and other pets ready to find new homes.
