Thor came to us as a stray and after a few days in our care, their owner arrived to WCAS, but rather than reclaim Thor, they owner surrendered him citing that they did not have enough time to properly care for Thor. Thor is now looking for a family to get back to and love forever. He can't wait to meet you, so come to the shelter during our open hours and meet Thor and other pets ready to find new homes.
