One look in those soulful brown eyes and you'll fall in love with Elsie!
This sweet girl will happily sit quietly by your side and lend a listening ear. She will look up at you as though she's saying, "Come sit down with me and tell me all about your day." We estimate Elsie to be about 6 years old. She was found as a stray and unfortunately never claimed. Elsie looks like she may have had puppies in the past. A gentle soul, and a quiet companion, Elsie is content to hang out around the house or take a stroll around the block. After being at the shelter almost 2 months, she is loved by all at WCAS, and we are waiting for her one true family to come along and scoop her up. Could that be you?
