Meet David!
This handsome 8-year-old, 85-pound gentleman came to us as a stray and, unfortunately, was never reclaimed. While his past remains a bit of a mystery, David has shown us that he's ready to start the next chapter of his life with a loving family.
David recently participated in a dog introduction while at the shelter. He was a little stiff and cautious at first, which isn't unusual when meeting a new dog. After a quick sniff and greeting, however, he relaxed and settled into exploring the play yard alongside his canine companion. His ability to move past his initial uncertainty and coexist comfortably with another dog is a great sign.
As a mature dog, David brings a calmer presence and would likely enjoy a home where he can settle in, enjoy leisurely walks, and spend quality time with his people. If you're looking for a loyal companion with plenty of love left to give, David may be the perfect fit for your family.
